I cannot attend the NASCAR Clash weekend. Can I receive a credit or refund?

If you are unable to attend a winter weather–impacted event day, you may choose one of the following options:

120% credit based on the value of your order, or
100% refund of your purchase.

To receive either option, the original account holder must submit the website request form within 14 days of the impacted event date. Once the form is submitted, a ticket agent will contact you to complete the process.

If you do not attend the event and do not submit the form, a 120% credit will be automatically applied.
If your tickets are scanned or used on the impacted event date, you will no longer be eligible for a credit or refund.

For what future events can I use my ticket credit?

Credits may be used for any future NASCAR race at a NASCAR-owned venue. Credits are valid through December 1, 2026.

The request form must be submitted within 14 days of the impacted event date.
120% credits are only available for tickets that are not used or scanned on the impacted event date.

Excludes the DAYTONA 500 and NASCAR Cup Series Championship event at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

What tickets are eligible?

Eligible inventory includes unused:

Event tickets
Parking
Add-ons

All items must have been purchased directly from the track for the winter weather–impacted NASCAR Clash event day.

The following are not eligible:

Complimentary regular grandstand tickets
Corporate tickets

What if I used some of my tickets but not all of them?

Any eligible unused ticket(s), parking, or add-ons may be redeemed.
If an item is scanned or used on the impacted event date, that item is no longer eligible for a credit or refund.

Can I get a refund instead of a credit?

Yes. Account holders may elect to receive a 100% refund in place of the 120% credit. To receive a refund, the website request form must still be submitted within 14 days of the impacted event date.

What if I attend some events on the impacted date?

If any ticket, parking, or add-on is used or scanned on the winter weather–impacted event date, the credit or refund opportunity for that inventory is void.

What if the event is shortened due to weather?

Credits or refunds do not apply to events that are shortened due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if the event is declared official by the appropriate sanctioning body.

What about tickets purchased through StubHub, Vivid Seats, or other secondary markets?

Tickets purchased through secondary marketplaces or any channel other than the NASCAR Clash ticket office are not eligible for credits or refunds. Only inventory purchased directly from the track qualifies.

I was transferred tickets. Am I eligible for a credit or refund?

No. Only the original account holder who purchased tickets directly from the NASCAR Clash ticket office is eligible for a credit or refund.

What happens if I do not use my 120% credit by December 1, 2026?

Any unused credit remaining after December 1, 2026 will automatically be refunded at 100% of the original order value. The additional 20% credit will be forfeited.

What if I do not complete the form and do not attend the impacted event?

Any eligible unused ticket(s), parking, or add-ons that are not scanned or used on the impacted event date will automatically receive a 120% credit.

Credits must be used by December 1, 2026. Any remaining balance after that date will be refunded at 100% of the original order value, and the additional 20% credit will be forfeited.
