If you are unable to attend a winter weather–impacted event day, you may choose one of the following options:
- 120% credit based on the value of your order, or
- 100% refund of your purchase.
To receive either option, the original account holder must submit the website request form within 14 days of the impacted event date. Once the form is submitted, a ticket agent will contact you to complete the process.
If you do not attend the event and do not submit the form, a 120% credit will be automatically applied.
If your tickets are scanned or used on the impacted event date, you will no longer be eligible for a credit or refund.
Credits may be used for any future NASCAR race at a NASCAR-owned venue. Credits are valid through December 1, 2026.

If any ticket, parking, or add-on is used or scanned on the winter weather–impacted event date, the credit or refund opportunity for that inventory is void.
Credits or refunds do not apply to events that are shortened due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if the event is declared official by the appropriate sanctioning body.
Tickets purchased through secondary marketplaces or any channel other than the NASCAR Clash ticket office are not eligible for credits or refunds. Only inventory purchased directly from the track qualifies.
